What are the differences between the free and paid versions?
Grabyte offers a 10-day free trial on each supported platform. You can access full features but only cache the first 5 minutes of a platform video and 3 online videos per day during the period. We recommend you upgrade to the Pro version for a seamless user experience without any restrictions.
Can I use my license on multiple devices?
A single license is valid for one device only, either a PC or a Mac. It can't be used on multiple computers at the same time. But if you want to change or move to a new device, you can contact us to transfer your license to the new one while deactivating it on the old one.
Will my subscription license be auto-renewed?
Yes, the subscription license will be auto-renewed if you purchased a 1 Month License or a 1 Year License. If you want to cancel it, you can go to the Member Center to manage your order, or you can contact us to cancel the auto-renewal.
Does Grabyte support subscription-based videos?
Grabyte respects platform policies and copyright. We can cache content you are authorized to keep for legal use. If a video requires a subscription or rental on its site, you should take care of that membership first. By using and purchasing this service, you agree to the Terms of Service.
Can I cache videos from any website?
We support 11+ popular video platforms and over 1,000 online video websites, covering nearly all major sites you're likely to use. However, please note that if a site requires a subscription or login, you'll need to be signed in with a valid account before caching videos.

How to Use Grabyte Video All-in-One

Choose the Videos You Want to Cache
Search for a video that you want to obtain locally and click the down arrow icon in the upper right corner to start the process. You can also paste a video URL into the field and click Search.

Customize the Output Settings
You can adjust the content type, output quality, format, and more parameters.

Cache Videos to Your Device
Click the Cache button to start. You can examine a progress bar updated in real-time and pause at any time to re-select the output settings.
